Kitty Sweaters
I was browsing the internet this morning trying to figure out why my cat Linus has recently become obsessed with anything furry. This includes my sweaters, his blankets, my scarves...everything! I never did find my answer, however, I came across a website that I thought was quite interesting. This lady makes scarves, booties and sweaters for cats. I thought some of you may get a kick out of them so here are some pictures:

LOL!!!! HILARIOUS! I'm not sure I could ever put clothes on my animals. It just seems wrong and they never really DO look comfortable. Razz and Whiskey love soft stuff too. Anytime I have a sweater on the bed or blanket on the couch, they knead it. I know sometimes it's said they do this because they were taken away from the mother too soon or it could just be in their nature to do this because it 'reminds' them of nursing from mom, as they would knead when they ate. The softness of mom's tummy is perhaps comparible to a soft blanket. Whiskey will do this to my neck as he nuzzles in. It's annoying. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit though, the last picture with the vest is kinda cute. I have a feeling that if I tried to clothe my cats, I'd have only one good eye and maybe a strip or two of skin left on my face.....followed by years of rehab.
